CARING FOR YOUR GEMSKeep your gems sparking like new by keeping them in a sealed bag when you aren’t wearing them. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and water. Clean with a silver polishing cloth when necessary. Store heavier pieces lying flat.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRSReturns are gladly accepted as long as the piece is in the original condition it was received. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of the jewelry for a refund (minus shipping costs). Exchanges will be made 6-30 days after receipt or a store credit will be issued. All sales become final after 30 days.
Variations in the appearance of natural stones should be expected and does not constitute a defect.
We stand by our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy wearing your Agape Gems for years to come. We will repair any piece at no charge, as long as you have all the stones. If we have to provide replacement stones, there may be a small charge.
